The Program

Are you ready to fast-track your career and dive into an exciting adventure with the RATP Dev Graduate Program in Operations or Maintenance? 

Seize this opportunity and join us for our 24-month Graduate Program starting this summer 2026!  

You will embark on an international journey of 3 rotations:  

• 12 first months in Italy 

• 6 months at our global headquarters in Paris  

• 6 months in an international network 

Highly skilled teams will be your mentors, and you will receive top-notch training in Operations or Maintenance all along the program. 

Not only will you get the chance to expand your technical knowledge but also to grow as an individual expanding your network within a dynamic and diverse promotion. 

Your mission & key responsibilities 

Mission #1: Role in Maintenance or Operations/ September 2026 – September 2027 / Autolinee Toscane, Firenze, Italia.

• You will join Autolinee Toscane and the Technical or Operations team, you will work with our engineers specialized in bus maintenance or service management, to ensure the operational efficiency of the business, promote innovation and adoption of new technologies.

 Mission #2: Junior Project Manager - October 2027 – March 2028 / Global Headquarters, Paris, France. 

• You will join our HQ to have a broader perspective of the company. 

• You will join our team of experts (bid team, technical directorate and/or performance/contract management) who will support your skill development by involving you in strategic and global projects. 

 Mission #3: Operations or Maintenance Manager - April 2028 – September 2028 / Worldwide location. 

• You will finally join one of our 16 worldwide locations to discover a new operational business unit – it could whether be in a one of our best-in-class networks, in a new transport mode or even in a brand new and promising network. 

Based on your experience, local contexts, and your skill development, we will determine the role and location at the end of 2027.  

·       Graduated after 2020 with a Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA degree (Engineering or Business).

·       A first experience after your degree would be preferred.

·       Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory and proficiency in French would be consider a plus.

·       A strong interest in our booming industry!

·       Beyond technical skills, we seek candidates with a mindset and personality that are motivated, curious, open, eager to learn, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and challenge themselves, driven to make an impact, and who demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
